Families Never Enrolled at Red Rock Elementary School District
Follow these steps for families who have never had a child enrolled at Red Rock Elementary School.
- Registration is best completed on a laptop/desktop, and not on your phone.
- Click to access new student registration. If you are a parent with former or current students at RRESD, you can access your ParentVUE account from this page using your existing username and password.
- Select the link to “Create a New Account” and follow the prompts. Complete all fields. It is important that you use a valid email address.
- Check your email to complete the setup of your ParentVUE account. Click the link in the email, which will allow you to create your password and then sign into your ParentVUE account. Your user ID will be the email address you specified.
- Verify and/or select the school year for which you want to register your student. Click on “Being Registration”.
- Once you have completed the registration for your student, you can upload necessary documents or deliver a hard copy to the school. These documents are required to complete the registration process.
- Review your registration by clicking the review button next to an item to make any necessary changes. Submit your information. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
Required Forms
As part of the registration process, be prepared to upload necessary documents or indicate that you will deliver a hard copy to the school. Additional forms may be required as part of the registration process.
- Immunization records. You must have current proof of immunizations before your student can register.
- Birth certificate: original or certified copy of birth certificate.
- Two proofs of residency. Examples include mortgage, lease, or any utility statements/bills that proves residency at that address.
- Official notice of withdrawal. If you are coming from a school in Arizona, you must officially withdraw from that school and obtain a withdrawal notice before enrolling at RRESD.
Individualized Education Program (IEP)
If your student is currently enrolled in any special education program or under suspension or expulsion from another school, you must have a current IEP. Contact the school before any schedule can be created.
Families with Current or Previously Enrolled Students in RRESD
If you are registering an additional student to RRESD, login to ParentVUE with your existing ParentVUE login information. If you need an activation key, contact the front office at 520-682-3331. Registration is best completed on a laptop/desktop, and not on your phone.
Open Enrollment (Outside District Boundaries)
Open enrollment begins in November of the prior school year, and applications are approved on an ongoing basis. Follow instructions on the Open Enrollment page to apply for open enrollment, and see current capacity by school.
