At Red Rock Elementary, we believe in encouraging our students to participate in a variety of activities. We provide an athletics program with a range of sports for every interest.

From the Athletics Director

We are looking forward to a fantastic athletics program for 2017-18 school year. Our athletics program is available for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders only. The fee will be $20.00 and this will cover your child’s fees for the entire year regardless if they choose to play one sport or all four sports. If you have more than one child playing sports your maximum fee will be $40.00.

The following will be needed to complete an athletics packet:

  • Signed Athletics Participation Consent Form (1 page)
  • Signed Acknowledgment of Rules and Terms for Participation Form (1 page)
  • Completed Annual Pre-Participation Evaluation Form (completed by parent and doctor, 3 pages)
  • Signed Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) Concussion Statement and Acknowledgment Form (1 page)
  • Completed Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form (completed by doctor/CVS or Walgreens Clinics) (1 page)

Our goal is to involve as many students as possible in our athletics program, through the years it has grown to the point where we have more wanting to participate than our personnel is able to coach, so cuts are possible in each sport. Please remember that our program is funded by tax credit donations and fundraising. Your donation allows us to offer these programs and services to students that we would not otherwise have. All you need to do is print off the AZ Tax Credit From, fill it out, and bring it in or mail your deduction to the school office. Tax credit forms are also available in the school office.
